Based on Article 29 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, a competent body is obliged to inform the public of all submitted requests and decisions relating to the environmental impact assessment. Notifications on the submitted requests, the public insight, a public hearing and decisions made will be published in the newspapers: "Pobjeda," "Vijesti" and "Dan".
Interested agencies and organizations shall be notified by the competent body by mail, by fax and electronically.
