Action of cleaning up the Skadar Lake!!!

On 05 February 2010, action of cleaning up the Skadar Lake was conducted in locations Lesendro, Tanki rt, Debela glava, Ošlje and the Monastery Vranjina in the organization of the Environmental Protection Agency. Employees of the Environmental Protection Agency, headed by the director Daliborka Pejovic, the Nature Protection Institute, the National Unit for Project Implementation-PROCON and the National Park Skadar Lake, Sport and Fishery Association, NGO Eco-association Gorica and a small number of local volunteers. Participants of the action, 140 of them, collected approximately 500 bags of waste at these sites and the number of tires, refrigerators, cookers and ice machines.
