10 Eco Commandments

1. Do not pull and do not destroy plants, or legally protected or unprotected. Do not break branches and does not damage the bark of trees. Do not disturb and frighten animals, disturbe peace by unnecessary noise or yelling, throwing rocks or in other ways. Please respect peace of the mountain nature!
2. Comply with the regulations of national parks, nature reserves and parks! Equally act in an unprotected areas, although legislation does not require that.
3. Kindly warn hikers and careless hikers and warn them not to damage and destroy the environment, in particular,not to pick just blossomed flowers.
4. Get involve in a variety of ecological action (signing petitions, the action of collecting waste from the mountains, environmental conferences, etc.)
5. Take your own garbage with you  into the valley, even if there is s trash bin, because they are usually not emptied or are emptied in a nearby forest.
6. Do not light the fire in the woods, and each fire turn off carefully! Forest fires are difficult to extinguish because of inaccessibility and impenetrability of mountain terrain.
7. Avoid driving  car through the mountains because that further pollute the environment, and we deprive ourselves of pleasure and beauty that are the goal of hiking. Mountain roads are for bigger needs such as rescue and supply.

8. Propagate their natural beauty and protecting people around ourselves; at school, at work, on bulletin boards, through lectures etc.
9. On each trip do at least one little thing for nature! Pick up a discarded box, bottle or can on the track!
10. Firmly adheres to the principles of your own that after your departure from the mountain,  in the mountains should not be any harmful traces of your visit!
