Permits for Import/Export of Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and Products that Contain such Substances or are Produced by them based on Article 5 of the Decision on the Control List for Import, Export and Transit of Goods ("Official Gazette of MNE", no.82/80), an administration body is responsible for environmental protection activities, issues permits for import/export of substances that deplete the ozone layer and products that contain substances or are produced by them.

The documentation required for the issue of permits for the import/export of substances that deplete the ozone layer:

1. Written request for import/export contains the following data:
    - name and type of goods;
    - tariff code, that is tariff codes of commodities;
    - quantity of commodities in a measurement unit;
  - data referring to a person importing/exporting goods (name, appellation, address, personal or registration number);
    - the designation of a country of the commodity origin (the manufacturer of goods and the country of production)
    - the name of a company that delivers commodities and a country that delivers commodity;
    - border crossing

2. A copy of an invoice of a company that delivers goods

3. Evidence that an importer/exporter is registered for performance of the stated activity

4. A written statement on administrative fee paid in the amount of 50.000 Euros
