Licenses for import, export and transit of chemicals
On the basis of Article 2 of the Decision on the control list for import, export and transit of goods (Official Gazette of Montenegro 82/08), the administrative body in charge of environmental protection activities issues licenses for import, export and transit of chemicals (under the label D3).
Documentation required for the issue of permits for export and transit of chemicals:
1. The WRITTEN REQUEST shall contain the following data
- Information about the exporter (name, head office, identity code or other appropriate number)
- Name of the country of import and general information on importer
- The identity of a chemical
- The customs tariff number of chemical and CAS number of chemical
- Security List
- The expected date of the first export
- The planned amount of chemical for export
- chemical purpose
2. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT (Official Gazette MNE 22/2008)
- Bank account number: 832-31614120-72
- User Name: Environmental Protection Agency
- Purpose of remittance: Administrative fee
- Fee: 5 Euros
For the issue of consent (permit): 50 euros to the bank account 832-7075-21,
Purpose of remittance: A charge for the issue of a permit for export and transit of chemicals
3. CERTIFICATE (manufacturer warranty)
4. Supplier Invoice (quantity)
Documentation required for the issue of permits for import of chemicals:
1. The written request shall contain the following data
- Name and place of an applicant, the trade name of a chemical, and the name and place of a manufacturer
- Information on packaging and labeling of a chemical
- Information about the purpose and use of a chemical
2. ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PAYMENT (Official Gazette MNE 22/2008)

- User Name: Environmental Protection Agency
- Purpose of remittance: Administrative fee
- Fee: 5 Euros

The above documentation is carried out in accordance with Article 14 and 43 of the Law on Chemicals (Official Gazette of Montenegro 11/07).
