- Development of communication model, channel, tools and procedures which support the work of the Sector and other sectors in the Agency;

- Making and implementation of the methods of exchange of information in relation with the public

- Providing a reliable, accessible information on the environment;

- Preparing newsletters, brochures, notices, reports and so on.;

- Establishing and maintaining contacts with the media and promote the Agency in the public;

- Developing and implementing campaigns on the representation of environmental issues to the public as well as support and respect of the standards and regulations;

- Creating Web site of the Agency;

- Developing and implementing (educational) programs in order to raise awareness about the environment;

- Direct and constant communication with international organizations dealing with environmental protection, particularly with the European Commission for the Environment;

- Exchange of information through national and international networks.
